Wear them (All over)
Enjoy them.

There's no real explanation for the fetish and there's no set type of person, sexual persuasion or right way to enjoy wearing them. You just have to try them on and see what you think is right.

I like sexyvanni's response as to what's with wearing pantyhose.
What a good brand to buy? All of them and you wear the one you like. You get there by experimenting. Keep trying different brands and types until you find what you like.
