Encasement Exercises?
Does anyone do their daily or weekly exercise routines at home while totally encased? I'm not sure if I should try this. There's some pros and cons to it. For example its good to wear tights for mobility and circulation but it could also be very arousing and distracting.
I don't exercise at all and I eat way too much junk food so I want to get into a healthier lifestyle but now I'm fixated on this fetish fantasy lol. |

I tried this once, encased myself head to toe in chocolate coloured tights.
It was way too distracting! Instead off concentrating on the number off reps I was doing, and maintaining the correct form, all I could think off was the tights rubbing against my skin lol! I just wear ordinary clothes for exercising now =) I love to cocoon myself, and others in tights! |

I suppose the best way is to save it until after the exercise before showering off!

I excerice encased at least once a week, It is a great feeling and makes the exercise go by faster.
