I mean a garment with well-fitted face, gloves etc. As for me, it sometimes looks way more sexy than mashed face, loose neck, and footy hands. Of course, "true" ph encasement has its own charm, there's no competition!

This must be the trickiest part I believe.
In my childhood I used a cardboard palm shape as the pattern. Pulled the 'foot' over it, then fixed manually with stretchy seam, and then cut the extras. Needs a practice.
