For me it's both, and I suspect it's that way for most pantyhose wearing men.
When I first started wearing pantyhose I couldn't believe how great they felt. I would come home after school every day and put them on immediately. For me wearing pantyhose is a huge turn on as well as the most comfortable item of clothing I know of. I spend every possible moment wearing them and never feel totally comfortable without them. You can call it an addiction or an obsession, but there is just nothing that makes me feel as good as wearing pantyhose!
