As you can see its pretty simple. The little ring stickers are stiff and keep the plastic hole from ripping open wide or folding over itself. I doubt anyone here wants to try this but if you do:

-You can use as many air hole as you like!
-Try not to overlap your plastic wrap more than once or twice otherwise it will be harder to see.
-Wearing a nylon hood is optional and it doesn't matter if you wear it over or under the plastic wrap.
-Its quite safe because you can still breathe and the plastic is fragile enough to rip off your head in seconds.
-Lastly try not to attempt this ever lol
